Retention of Judges (All) Vote NO
CLEAR THE BENCH. Vote to remove ALL judges. This is the only way to slow the corruption. Vote NO on all.
What Do the Parties Believe and/or Stand For?

Republicans

  • Pro-Life (protect the lives of unborn children)
  • The Constitution is the supreme law of the United States
  • Low or no taxes
  • The government answers to the people
  • Right to own and carry arms (as granted by the US Constitution)
  • Parental rights for their children (parents, not the state)
  • No biological males in female sports, locker rooms, restrooms, etc.

Democrats

  • Pro-Abortion (at any time of development)
  • The Constitution is just an encumbrance

Statewide Ballot Issues

YES = Vote in favor  •  NO = Vote against  —  Click any item to read why.

Constitutional Amendments — 55% to Pass
Amendment 81 Vote YES
Requires all law enforcement to report charges for violent crimes or crimes committed by a convicted felon.
Amendment 82 Vote YES
Grants the right for citizens to purchase natural gas to heat their house, cook, heat water, dry clothes, etc. Liberals want to ban natural gas and require citizens to purchase appliances, etc., that do not use natural gas.
Amendment 83 Vote YES
Grants the right to hunt and fish (non-restricted game). This makes it so politicians cannot pass laws restricting people from these traditional sports. If this is not passed, it will be up to the radicals to dictate this. Current licenses and laws continue.
Amendment 84 Vote YES
This requires information to identify a voter when voting by mail to be shown on their mail-in ballot. This is not the best solution, but it is much better than what we have now. In-person voting still requires a valid ID.
Amendment 85 Vote YES
Requires the simplification of the wording on ballot issues. Makes it easier for people to read and understand the issues without getting lost in the jargon.
Amendment 86 Vote YES
Restricts unnecessary partisan changes to redistricting.
Amendment 87 Vote NO
Increases taxes and gets rid of TABOR (Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights) limitations. Lets the liberals raise taxes and use the money on their pet programs. The people’s right to regulate tax increases will be nullified. This and Proposition NN are an attack from two fronts.
State Statutes — Simple Majority
Proposition NN Vote NO
This is very deceptive… on purpose. Uses “teacher pay” deception as a back-door means to confiscate the over-collection of taxes by nullifying TABOR (Taxpayer’s Bill of Rights) limitations. This gives the liberals the ability to raise taxes in the future without voter approval. This and Amendment 87 are an attack from two fronts.
Proposition 132 Vote YES
Requires state/local law enforcement to investigate immigration status of anyone charged with a crime, and notify the federal Department of Homeland Security within 72 hours of a charge (not conviction) if the person is not lawfully present or status can’t be determined, when charged with a violent crime or with a prior felony.
Proposition 133 Vote YES
Increases the penalties for anyone engaged in sex trafficking/servitude (buying, selling, exploiting, etc.) of minors. Currently the liberal laws are no more than a slap on the wrist.
Proposition 134 Vote YES
Designates sports teams/activities male, female or coed based on a person’s biological sex at birth. Preserves safety, fairness and female-only spaces strictly for females.
Proposition 135 Vote YES
Bans gender-transition (sex change) surgery for anyone under 18 years of age. Prohibits public money (taxes) or insurance from paying for these operations.
Proposition 136 Vote YES
Caps the income tax rate at 4.4%. Prevents politicians from increasing income tax rates in the future.
Proposition 137 Vote NO
Another back-door tax increase. Retention of over-payment of taxes and an open door for future tax increase ballot issues.
Statewide Referred Issue
Issue 7A Vote NO
New tax for a Front Range passenger rail system. Everyone paying for something that very few will use (if it actually gets built). It also gives the state the ability to increase future taxes. This project is a boondoggle. Look at the similar unending project in California… this will be the same thing.
El Paso Countywide Issues
Issue 1A — El Paso County Vote NO
An El Paso County tax increase in disguise. It is the continuation of a tax that is expiring.
Issue 2A — Manitou Springs Vote NO
Tax increase for Manitou Springs.
Issue 2B — Monument Vote NO
Tax increase for Monument.
Issue 3A — Green Mountain Falls Vote NO
Tax increase for Green Mountain Falls.
Issue 4A — Colorado Springs School District 11 Vote NO
Tax increase for Colorado Springs School District 11.
Issue 4B — Cheyenne Mountain School District 12 Vote NO
Tax increase for Cheyenne Mountain School District 12.
Issue 4C — Hanover School District 28 Vote NO
Tax increase for Hanover School District 28.
Issue 6A — Peyton Fire District Vote NO
Property tax increase for Peyton Fire District.
Issue 7B — Elbert Fire District Vote NO
Tax increase for Elbert Fire District.
